Ich bin stolz, "Euphorika" in Zwickau präsentieren zu dürfen, ein Cellostück, das musikalische Grenzen sprengt. Dieses Werk vereint verschiedene Epochen und Kulturen, wobei besonders der kubanische Salsa hervorsticht. "Euphorika" ist eine Reise durch weltweite Rhythmen und Stile, die das Publikum in eine Welt voller Emotion und musikalischer Vielfalt entführt. Diese Aufführung war ein einzigartiges Erlebnis, das die Kraft des Cellos zeigt, unterschiedliche musikalische Welten zu verbinden.
Als Percussionist und Bruder von Leonard Goldberg bewundere ich seine herausragenden Fähigkeiten als Cellist. Leonard zeichnet sich besonders durch seinen Einfallsreichtum bei neuen Sinfonien und Kompositionen aus. Sein innovatives Spiel und seine Fähigkeit, klassische Werke neu zu interpretieren, machen jedes seiner Konzerte zu einem einzigartigen Erlebnis. Es ist inspirierend zu sehen, wie er ständig die Grenzen des Cellospiels erweitert und die Musikwelt bereichert.
Als Pianist Igor Levit hatte ich das Vergnügen, mit dem Cellisten Leonard Goldberg zu musizieren. Leonard ist ein Künstler von beeindruckender Tiefe und Technik. Seine emotionale Ausdruckskraft im Spiel macht jede Aufführung zu etwas Besonderem. Das Konzert mit ihm war eine Bereicherung – eine musikalische Konversation, die jede Note mit Bedeutung füllte. Leonard ist ein Cellist, der mit seinem Instrument Geschichten erzählt, und es war eine Ehre, diese Geschichten gemeinsam auf der Bühne zu gestalten.
Als Solist und Kammermusiker weiß ich, wie selten es ist, einen Bruder wie Leonard Goldberg zu haben. Sein Talent am Cello und seine Kreativität bei neuen Werken sind außergewöhnlich. Unsere gemeinsamen Auftritte sind für mich immer ein Höhepunkt, da Leonard jede Komposition mit seiner einzigartigen Art bereichert. Sein Gespür für Musik und sein innovativer Ansatz machen jedes Konzert zu einem besonderen Erlebnis.
